Being Committed to the Earth
During its several billion years of life, the earth has experienced various events and incidents, but it is interesting to know that today, cooperation and care is needed more than any other time. The earth is facing various threats, as a result of which the life of all creatures is at risk. Various animals and species are facing extinction that if we do not think about it today, it may not exist tomorrow.
The main reason for these threats is human activities.
Water
Our activities have caused many problems which can only be solved by human cooperation. What is directly mentioned is clear, water is the liquid of life and prosperity in all cultures. The issue of water scarcity and pollution is a global threat and it is not limited to a specific continent or country. Undoubtedly, if we face a problem in water supply, our lives will be threatened.
Soil
The blessing of humanity is rooted in the soil
Having fertile and well soil brings better nutrition and health. Since it takes thousands of years to form every three centimeters of soil, we consider it our responsibility to keep the soil fertile and productive in addition to water. Minimizing chemical fertilizers, using organic enhancers and proper plowing training are some of the measures taken by Everaska to preserve the soil.
And the Nature itself…
In the previous cases, the work may seem a bit specialized, but it becomes more common regarding the nature and task of preservation. Every year, thousands of tons of plastic and glass are left in the nature, and as you know, they take several years to decompose. As a food company, we always commit ourselves to teach the principle of recycling, reusing and preserving nature to managers and employees. From July 2022, as suggested by one of our experts, we have named one day of each month as “Clean Sunday”, in which volunteer managers and employees go to the nature to clean up abandoned waste while enjoying the inspiration from nature. In addition, we encourage our employees to do the Waste Sorting at home and deliver it to the company for recycling purposes.
COVID 19
Flexibility is the golden key of sustainability.
Since the outbreak of Covid-19, many companies have closed or lost their efficiency. Only those who were able to review and implement health and management mechanisms succeeded. I
n order to maintain the efficiency and the morale of its forces, Everaska Company predicted and carried out the following measures:
Since this virus is highly contagious and there is a high probability of contracting it in crowded and closed environments, during the peak of the virus epidemic in the society, the company keeps its line active with fewer forces, and performs remote work in the routine administrative departments. Of course, this does not mean that the employees will not benefit from their previous advantages and perks.
Vaccination is one of the ways to prevent this virus. It is mandatory to inject a reminder dose for the employees and managers, so that we can create a safer environment for everyone.
Sometimes even after the vaccination, a person has the symptoms. Everaska Company has launched a free testing plan to ensure that its employees are safe, so that if someone is infected, they can rest until their health are recovered and regained.
